General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Nabje platform and its users ("Members"). By accessing the Nabje website or mobile app, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

In these terms and conditions, "Nabje", "we", and "us" refer to the Nabje online gaming platform and its operating authority. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who is registered on or using the Nabje platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Nabje, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your registration being rejected or your existing account being closed.

Age & Identity Verification

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
• You must provide accurate name, date of birth, address, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Nabje may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.
• Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may only create one account on Nabje. Operating multiple accounts is considered a serious violation of the Terms & Conditions. All associated accounts will be closed and any related bonuses will be forfeited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You should not share this information with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Nabje support immediately.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Nabje supports transactions via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed securely using encryption.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is set separately for each payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited and such transactions may be reversed.
• Nabje reserves the right to hold any suspicious deposits pending verification.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Nabje regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. In addition to these terms and conditions, each offer carries its own specific terms that must be read before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Specific wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be used. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions have been fulfilled.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once and cannot be redeemed multiple times.
• Winnings earned through bonuses may be subject to a maximum cap.
• Nabje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Nabje reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on Nabje use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and impartial. Nabje is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment at all times.

Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a gaming session, Nabje reserves the right to determine the outcome based on server logs. In such cases, server records shall be considered final. Nabje also reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error.

Collusion & Fraud

Colluding with other players, using software bots, or employing any form of cheating strategy is strictly prohibited. Any such activity, once detected, will result in the permanent closure of the account.

Prohibited Activities & Grounds for Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nabje platform. Nabje reserves the right to take immediate action in the event of any violation of these terms and conditions.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the bonus system
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using funds obtained through illegal means on the platform (money laundering)
• Harassing or using abusive behavior toward other members
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Exploiting technical errors to collect abnormal winnings

Responsible Gaming Policy

Nabje believes gaming should be a healthy and enjoyable form of entertainment. We want every member to play responsibly and avoid financial or emotional harm. As part of these terms and conditions, Nabje offers a range of features to promote responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Limit the duration of continuous gaming sessions.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period if needed.

Under these terms and conditions, no member may use, reproduce, or distribute Nabje's intellectual property without prior authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Nabje is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, Nabje will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• For gaming sessions interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical failure
• For delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• Losses caused by faults in the member's own device or software
• For losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account
• For service suspension or restriction due to legal or regulatory requirements

Account Closure & Terms Amendments

You may close your Nabje account at any time. It is recommended that you complete any pending withdrawals before doing so. To request account closure, please contact our support team.

Nabje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account when necessary — particularly if the member violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or compromises the security of the platform.

When these terms are updated, Nabje will notify you via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
